Meir Kahane's idea was NOT a forcible tranfer of the Arabs (who are Palestinians I don't know) from Judea and Samaria (what is the West Bank, bank of what?) but rather PEACEFUL moving them out of Eretz Israel for financial compensation. The Arabs who however would refuse to go should not vote in Knesset election, according to Kahane.

So the author criticizes his interpretation of Kahane's idea. :) ...

No, Kahane's basic idea which his followers retain in full force, is that the Palestinians be forced out. Recasing him as merely suggesting of voluntary financial settlement is inaccurate.
