Fine. If you don't want to believe in God or fear Him, that's your call.

.... For anyone to fear me, someone who has never as much as taken a human life, strikes me as utterly ridiculous. All I suggested was that beheading (with one quick chop) is a more humane way of meting out the death penalty than electrocution or lethal injection or even the firing squad. Ever heard of the guillotine? It was invented by French Christians, mind you. Do you mean to tell me that it was OK for French Christians to use it when they did? You seem to cmpletely leave out the fact that beheadings were practiced all over Europe for hundreds of years. Ever heard how Thomas A Becket was murdered? And what about Hypatia? The stories of torture and murder by members of government and the clergy throughout Christian Europe can fill many volumes and are, for the most part, horrifying. The USA, on the other hand, is far more civilized than the rest of the world, including Europe. You guys have the gall to claim that you're more civilized than the USA because you don't have the death penalty. Well, excuse me while I catch my breath back, but the last major terrorist attack we had here was on 9/11/01. You guys over there are still dealing with terrorist acts within your borders, and not all of them are perpetuated by Muslims. So...before you lecture me and the USA on how barbaric my religion is and how it promotes fear, clean up your own backyard first. OK?
