Australian Cultural Conservative Relies on Muslims.

Rev. Nile undoubtedly would have personal antipathy against topless bathing as indeed no a majority of Aussies. As he probably is not happy with Moslems it appears he is using this ploy as a further excuse to rid the beaches of topless bathing that many Aussies deplore.
