How Is This Differrent?

Reader comment on item: 'Become a Muslim warrior'

Submitted by Phillip Santos (United States), Dec 5, 2008 at 17:05

In the united states christian beliefs are forced on to young children by parents government and especially school. "One nation under god" is something a kid says everyday before beginning class. "In god we trust" is on every paper bill in this country. and Christmas is glorified by school and many other government and public institutions. Now Allah is just another word for god. The Morals and beliefs of Islam are good for 7th graders to know. Islam denounces taking part in ANY type of intoxication including: Alcohol, Tobacco, and Western Medicine. If you ask me, i would love my kid to embrace the morals of a typical Muslim teenager.
