This islamist did not do what he did out of mental illness. It was and is plain old fashion hate.

The exact same hate that is spewn out of the mouths of all other islamists.

Hate is the common thread for all islamists. Whether it is a Sunni killing a Shia in Iraq, or a Kurd murdering a Turkish person, a hamas member bombing a fatah member or an islamist firing a rocket in to a school in Israel.

There are many good muslims. The islamists give a bad name to all muslims. If and only if the good muslims wish to reclaim their good name they must speak out against all acts of violence by the islamists.
