The University of Florida... has, one hopes, learned from its flirtation with evil, a/k/a Sami and his band of bad boys. However it does seem that the modern university is reluctant to look evil in the eye...rather it is easier for the academic world to blame the victim, deny the obvious and fawn over those who, if successful, will end academic freedom faster than a magic carpet ride with Mohammed.

I sometimes wonder at the abject cowardice of the academic world. It seems so clear to me that the Islamists hate everything that we Americans hold dear. Notwithstanding the abundantly clear animus of the Islamists, the academic world never misses an opportunity to find some twisted justification in the evil purposes, pronouncements and actions of these groups.

Perhaps USF will stand up to the anticipated local crypto-CAIR's intimidation...and maybe pigs will fly.

I certainly hope the folks in the ivory towers, (did someone say faulty towers?), take you up on your invitation.
