Nura: Why does Allah tell disbelievers to commit suicide (22:15)?

In Western countries suicide is a private matter which dismays everyone. What about Islam??

Islam does not forbid suicide. Read: 022.015 YUSUFALI: If any think that Allah will not help him (His Messenger) in this world and the Hereafter, let him stretch out a rope to the ceiling and cut (himself) off: then let him see whether his plan will remove that which enrages (him)!

Now Nura here is Allah telling disbelievers in the messenger to go hang themselves i.e. commit suicide. The frustration of Allah (Muhammad) is clear from this and this is his advice to those who think that the apostle is helpless.

Now read 9:111 where Muslims are encouraged to kill or be killed in return for a promise of paradise. Asking Muslims to die for the pleasures of heaven is not a call to commit suicide? Why do you think Palestinians sing the praises of their ‘HEROES' who die as suicide bombers? Why were they not angry or dismayed by these suicides?

Now do you wish to abrogate these verses as they were meant for the time of the prophet?
