Indian Precedent - Lessons for EuropeReader comment on item: Europe or Eurabia? Submitted by Singha (India), Apr 15, 2008 at 00:18 Europe mirrors Indian subcontinent with its myriad languages and sub cultures. Muslims in their heydays militarily conquered India. This takeover was aided by presence of ghettoised muslim colonies and lack of unity of purpose against islam. William Durant in his "The Story of Civilization" succinctly stated, [Islam is] "probably the bloodiest story in history." He called it a "discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precious good, whose delicate complex order and freedom can at any moment be overthrown by barbarians invading from without and multiplying from within." The bitter lesson, Durant concluded, was that "eternal vigilance is the price of civilization. A nation must love peace, but keep its powder dry." West has lowered its guard and is ready for Islamic takeover. This is the most probable scenario unless Geert Wilders kind of leaders are voted in and provide a muscular response to Islam.
