Why this pessimism?Reader comment on item: A Muslim reformation? Submitted by Mahendra Mathur (Trinidad And Tobago), Apr 7, 2008 at 19:04 Turkey is already showing the way to Islamic reformation by its Courts banning Islamic parties from ruling the Country. If all Muslim countries followed suit, called obsolete the violent passages of Koran and taught only harmonious passages, the Islamic Reformation can be implemented in two generations. I hasten to add all the other religions of the world need the same treatment. Perhaps all religions' representatives can create a United Religions Organization to implement this programme.
