Why?

What is the American culture Morey is refering to? Why is it wrong to wear Arab clothes and eat Arab food in place of "American" food? If you read The Fire This Time, by Ramsey Clark, ... you would know why Arabs and Muslims would not fight for the U.S. against Iraq.
