This is too small a definition of terrorism.

"And in November, when the secretary of state next decides whether or not to re-certify the MEK as a terrorist group, he should come to the sensible conclusion that it poses no threat to the security of the United States or its citizens, and remove it from the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations."


Daniel, this definition of terrorism is self-serving and inaccurate. Just as a tree can fall in the woods and make noise even if no one is there to hear it, a group can be terroristic even if no Americans are harmed by its operations. You are completely wrong on this issue. It isn't even debatable.
