Hi

It is very logical what you are saying and thank god it is the most logical.

Small and strong EU will never happen because EU has not been build up on that culture.Look at Lisbon Agenda. EU is about differences adn it can only go to a certain stage. it cannot be the strongest entity in the world.Needs a large and dynamic country like turkey to bring a new blood.

It is based on economic agenda.
