To Sofa Sogood again- an appendix.

The rate 1: 4 American student to International student in terms of payment, concerns Public Universities. In a Private one, if your pay $ 6,000 a quarter, an International student pays $ 7,000 a quarter.- with no rights to work, until it finishes graduation and after that, he/she has a time to find work "for experience", spending a lot here without using American Resources.

One more thing that puts your community colleges and Universities in w black hole:

Illegal Immigrants, especially in the states of the south, many reach undergraduate levels, without paying ANYTHING to study.

Not only they do not pay what I pay, but also what YOU Americans pay.- wow !!!
