Did we honestly expect to find anything?

Saddam had been in a virtual box for more than ten years. He managed to get around it yes, but think about it for a minute - how do you build WMDs when everything you do is being watched by the rest of the world and the Americans would take the faintest opportunity to smoke your ass?

As for the issue of dealing with the maniacs in Tehran, simple solution - cut them off. Do to them what we did to Hamas. Any government that pays Iran support gets cut off too. If the west wants to stop Iran's maniacs, they have to do it that way. Will it hurt the average Iranian? Yep, unfortunately, but he's got an option to deal with it too. He and his buddies can remove those lunatics from power. Simple, ain't it?
