Quick Fix To the Issue

Reader comment on item: [UNRWA:] The Refugee Curse

Submitted by Yankel Rosenbaum (United States), Apr 4, 2006 at 23:09

Allow the refugee descendants to live in their ancestoral homeland, our own Palestine/Israel. Cries that they'll ruin the character of our Jewish theocracy, have no more legitimacy than Lebanon's concerns over its own delicate Christian/Muslim balance. The refugees are descended from Palestinians, not Lebanese. Why should another nation pick up the tab? We owe them a home in our Israel and we must learn to co-exist in a pluralistic society, as Lebanon is doing.
