Liberalism or Post-Modernism?

It's true that liberals hate it when viewpoints outside their own receive a hearing, but I wonder if the primary reason why they hate us is isn't that, but because of the prevalence of Post-Modernism.

Post-Modernism teaches that in many areas, the freedom of speech isn't the freedom to believe in anything, but enforced neutrality. "You can't believe in anything that might offend me.", and the like. That's what makes me so controversial with my relatives: I believe in objective truth.
