Robert, you raise the crucial point. What is the meaning of a state if not what defines its citizens? Does the 2-state-solution imply that one of the two is a no-Jews-here-state? Is that he idea of a citizen? If I find the proposal quite insulting to Israel to have the same word "state" used both for Israel and the no-Jews-here-state. Certainly I would not stick the label peace on such a prospect.
