in response to reader comment: Anti-Religious Vitriole Knows No Limits - Was Accorded as Free Speech in America for Freedom for All

Might there be the suggestion that the late Mr.HItchens was not alone in his acerbic persoanl style of projecting his own world-view of just about everything that did not conform to his preferred designs of existence; and he was not shy letting everyone know it. That there were/are people that assented to similar versions of his peculiar observations of life lived in another view is legion; thus he was not alone, just severely self-isolated for the observations that were intended to irritate for his own self-satisfaction that his dissatisfaction would be keenly felt by those of whom he took to task.
One wonders: for those who are his survivors in legacy of his acerbic viewpoints; would life have been different if he learned to love mankind in spite of its travesties and shared a more optomistic view of humanity instead of focusing on those travesties?
