An excess of alchohol...

Hitchen's life by his own admission was one of an excess alcohol consumption. He was sort of a mean, functioning drunk. This Trotskyite had wit, as wrong as he was on a number of subjects. My favorite episode of Hitchens, with a drink in his hand, of course, was on the Bill Maher show. I saw this on YouTube years after and it was a scream! A total put down of that dope Maher AND a the one fingered salute to the audience, with a smile, naturally. Anyone that could do that deserves some measure of forgiveness
