Why Islam Cannot Accept the Defeat of the Challenge They've Already Lost

To be sure; Islam is a force to be contended with; empires have come and gone in ancient times, but only in modern times was this understood in modern terms, posing the question: why was the Muslim conquest stopped in its tracks when the religious aspect was determined to not be its source of power? In that, its religious piety failed. In these modern times, religious piety is now exposed for the lack of spiritual power: when does that expression get examined for why Islam cannot gain any footing in modern terms to protect what it has gained, let alone fail in expanding its influences in a world that is abandoning its religious proclivities. Does Christianity gain anything in that either? No? Why not; inquiring minds want to know?
Islam's conundrum is that they no longer have an answer either. So, where is the answer? It's coming....
