"Bomb shelter" is, unfortunately, alive and well in Israel. If you live anywhere near Gaza, your life may depend on running to one in less than a minute. And the CPU in the personal computer of Mr. Pipes consists largely of tens of thousands of transistors (look it up if you didn't know).
