Reader comment on item: Bibi for Prime Minister? No, For President
in response to reader comment: Question of Sanity in Israeli Politics Still Under Inquiry

First; this observer admits extreme naivete about Naftali Bennett: thus the questions.
From what has been gained by reviewing who Mr. Bennett is and what he represents through Dr. Pipes as a source and the Israel media (which is all over the pages of conflicting reports) attempting to paint whichever picture the political winds of uncertainty are directed, President Rivlin has been at odds with how to retrieve some sense of that direction in getting Israel stable enough to weather the onslaught recently endured and the potential exacerbation coming from the projected 'day of rage' at Islam's Friday prayers? Some prayer session; no peace in it at all; what do they expect to achieve, religious respect?
Still it is Israel's sovereignty that is at stake; what with the world siding with anyone who will play the thrones of empire's advocacy against Israel's quavering political stance and the shear stamina of the IDF in being truly Israel's last line of defense. Be sure to understand, politics is not gong to keep Israel in the heat of all of this (Bennett's strength notwithstanding); is it the resilience of the WORD of the LORD that is the undergirding of Israel's presence and heat that is coming will anneal the strength of Israel's enemies, causing their failure.
