Multi-State Solution & Muli-Citizenship Solution

Reader comment on item: Solving the "Palestinian Problem" [with the No-State Solution]
in response to reader comment: A Two Citizenships Solution vs. a Jewish-Arab State

Because the situation is so complex there cannot and should not be a simple solution. Because Israel already has about 20% Arab Citizens, there is no justification that in the rest of "Palestine" there should be ZERO Jews. It seems to be that the Palestinian Arabs are the ones who are advocating Apartheid, Ethnic Cleansing, and Genocide; on the contrary, there should be 20% Jews wherever Palestinians reside his British Mandate Palestine - at least; notice that there is also Greater Syria consisting of current Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan where Palestinians should have CITIZENSHIP.

Also, Palestinian and Jews should have Residency rights in all Disputed Territories.

Also, there is the reality of Dual Citizenship, which should be advocated; for example, Arab Israelis should have the right of receiving Citizenship in the West Bank and Gaza.

Incidentally, Turkey has NOT granted any Refugee status to the 1,000,000+ Syrians who have fled to Turkey; rather, they merely have a Temporary refuge status of some sort.

Also, all Arab and Muslim states should grant Palestinian "Refugees" Immigration Rights as we do to those who wish to immigrate to the USA.

The "dream" that the so-called 1948 "Palestinian Refugees" will one day return to "Palestine" needs to be addressed as a fruitless hope; Hamas violence in Gaza is the reason for that.

In summary, focusing merely on a the n-state solution is impractical. But Residency and Citizenship issues can be dealt with realistically. Gaza already is a DE FACTO "Palestinian State"; but the PA under Abbas is the DE JURE Palestinian Government is Ramallah in the DISPUTED TERRITORIES which were LIBERATED from Jordan in 1967. And there, the Arabs were granted Citizenship by Jordan during the Jordanian Occupation.
