An Answer that Cannot Answer in Certainty

Reader comment on item: Extras about Zionists Purchasing Israel, Not Stealing Palestine
in response to reader comment: Question

Reader Anshelevitch poses an intriguing question, at least for this observer who deals with such questions of property ownership in a country that has ambiguities of its own. Land ownership has Biblical implications, up to and including successorship to and deprivation of rights. Penalties for moving boundaries and redemption of former rights are ingrained in the Holy Land and future determinations are in perennial suits awaiting adjudication.
The properties in question at Shaykh Jarah are merely one example of those being exploited in the latest intifada rages against Zion as once again, Israel is being targeted by the majority antipathies that are still in denial that Israel exists for their judgement in defying the Most High Sovereign of the Children of Abraham. This time, the Biblical imperative has no immediate pause button in view for the sequence now seen. The Ezekiel scenario appears not on the horizon, but in the immediate vicinity. Hamas is the starter, Hizbollah next; ad infinitum; well, really the terminal aspects are in view as well from the watchmen's perspective. What were the percentages? Now, it make no difference; it's all or nothing.
