This observer noted that we should wait for the next episode of international drama regarding Israeli sovereignty, and in an excerpt from the esteemed Mr. Dershowitz, we find the antagonists of Israel have no loss of polishing their brass:

Mr. Dershowitz writes (Gatestone Feb9-2021) [The highly politicized International Criminal Court just declared statehood for Palestinians. They did it without any negotiation with Israel, without any compromise, and without any recognized boundaries. They also did it without any legal authority, because the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court, makes no provision for this criminal court to recognize new states.]
And many wonder how long it will be, prior to the world going to war for inappropriate declarations of international incompetence in interfering with the sovereign rights of others, before peace becomes the norm, and not until.
Just like the caliphate of ISIL in Iraqi/Syrian territories, 'Palestine' was not a state with recognized boundaries, no matter how many minds fall for that obfuscation of the declarations in 1947. As was proffered by international observation, Israel declared the territory outlined for them, then, as the Nation of Israel in 1948, thus fulfilling a promise that is in process of completing its destiny against all odds and negative opinions to the contrary.
