Reader comment on item: Trump's Need to Concede

Submitted by James (United States), Nov 10, 2020 at 18:35

Nonsense, we either have a legal system or we don't. We either have free and fair elections or we don't. Attorney Sidney Pollack described the current situation as one in which up to 450K votes may be illegally cast with fraudulent ballots generated in "every conceivable manner" which is more than sufficient to motivate Trump and the GOP to contest the situation. Also, it is sanctimonious to have people who never accepted Trump's election in 2016 lecture now on what is proper. As far as potential for civil strife, how would it be any different than the months of riots, arson, looting, murder that has we've already experienced?

Read my article: "President Trump is absolutely entitled to pursue every legal avenue – including recounts and lawsuits – to assure his full rights."
