Reader comment on item: Explaining Israel's Timid Security Establishment
in response to reader comment: Bolton vs Trump

In these troubling series of circumstances, as America is still considered Israel's friend for the next few months (there is no such assurance if American Politics is flipped over), such uncertainties are now being made manifest as the evidence of the enemies of eh American people make their antipathies more visual.
Making an assertion that former politician Bolton has anything valuable to add to America's current unrest is giving credit when/where there should have been integrity. While the man had position to properly influence the internal activities leading to the protection of the American people, his 'revelation' exposes that no such intentions likely existed, preferring instead to maintain a bureaucratic institutionalist's attitude of keeping America at the edge of the world's self-indulgent rush towards collapse of social order while operating in the background and obtaining some sort of satisfaction of the chaos being caused. America cannot/does not have a chance to be the bastion of liberty she once held esteem for while failing the people who were dependent upon the protection of those liberties.
To that end, America's ability to be the friend of Israel is compromised while the self-indulgent attitudes of the likes of Bolton and his own institutionalist confederates against President Trump will always be compromised because they cannot understand, and will never understand, defending Israel has always been any nation's strength in a failing word environment.
