Question:
Should we understand that
A. - no (or few) residents of the region that became Palestine have endorsed its creation?
B. - no (or few) Arabs of that region have endorsed creation of Palestine?
C. - All residents of the region opposed?
D. - Only Palestinian Arabs opposed?
