I was thinking specifically of ethnicities who look very different

Whether stay stand out because of their ethnicity or because they dress differently, having many immigrate is transformative and will increasingly arouse consternation in the coming years as their numbers grow and as the fears of transformative immigration increasingly become the issue of the day.
