Daniel Pipes,

You support Israel becoming financially independent from the US. But you seem to oppose when Trump desires to make Nato nations financially independent from the US. What is the difference, as you view it?

You must be kidding. I think U.S.-Israel relations are better without a financial component. I also think that the U.S. government should live up to its treaty obligations. I see no connection between the two.
