Amended CAIR lawsuit against Anti-CAIR

According to a post on the Anti-CAIR website, the original motion has been amended:

If I'm reading this correctly (and I'm not a lawyer), it appears that CAIR has removed the last four statements (including the statement, "CAIR has proven links to, and was FOUNDED by, Islamic terrorists") that it claimed constituted libelous defamation -- and is now objecting to only the first two statements.
