Good point. The German were, and are, wonderful technologically speaking.

However, you haven't addressed the narrow issue of selling a Defective Product and the legal liability for that.

Incidentally, I have long ado forgiven the German for their Austrian Hilter and his SA & SS gang of 100,000. Not even the great, always loyal to the state, German Prussian armies were able to remove Hitler, and Field Marshal Romel was forced to commit suicide in order to spare his family.

Now let's get back to the current company that built the dam - Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft.
