Why is Israel always the scapegoat?

In your article about the Temple Mount, you wrongly lay the burden on Israel. If the PA doesn't want to do anything about it, after repeated warnings from Israeli professionals, then Israel has done their part. Why should Israel be blamed if those in charge of the Mount refuse to act? It's time we start making Muslims accountable for their actions or the whole world will be blamed for every plight of every Muslim.
