Cameron, the BBC and "Islamic State"

The BBC and Cameron call the other terrorist group القاعدة al-Qa'eda so why not call it داعش or Da'ish (الدولة الاسلامية في العراق والشام or THE Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) ? This is what the Arabs call it

It seems to me that Cameron is hiding his head in the sand because even ISIL means the Islamic State in the Levant so there is no escape that the word Islamic or الاسلامية has to be included somehow
