Reader comment on item: Don't Put Terrorists on Trial

Of course he wants him to get a civilian (type) trial. He gets treated differently. He has the same rights as a citizen, and he also has the right to appeal any conviction.

Maybe later Obama will even go so far as to pardon him , when things have quieted down, at end of his term.
