This smacks of falsehood !

Reader comment on item: A Prof [Hamid Dabashi] Tangles the Truth

I am no psychologist but if you analyse Prof.Dabashi's statement then you will see that he claims that he was called a "PIG" by the person who threatened him. PIG as you must all know is the most hated word in the Islamic brotherhood except perhaps Jew.
Now the above fact makes me suspect that perhaps the guy who threatened Dabashi was a Islamist. Since no Islamist would abuse Dabashi for what he is doing I think that Dabashi himself invented this threat to gain public sympathy and hence the use of PIG as a term of abuse.
