Maybe it is too late....

Daniel, I am not as optimistic as you. The hardening attitude towards Islam may be coming too late. Time and the low reproductive rates of "natives" of European countries are serious impediments to the success of a counter balance to an Islamic worldview. Fear, hedonism, hatred against one's own civilization, and plain inertia are also reasons for this failure. I believe that the Second World War has eroded Europe's moral and cultural abilities to face a civilization with strong totalitarian beliefs.
