Not just the Turks are frightful but the degradation of the Western citizens. British historian recently advised EU to accept Turkey, while many British wish to leave EU. It's fighting ability is so small that Turkey or Iran or many countries of their size feel themselves a great ships. Obama added much to self-appraisal of Muslim states and the consequences will be [extensive].
