Emphasis on "can be"

I didnt claim that non Arab Muslims in general are indifferent or Zionists.

I also add caveats to my own claims such as Indians,Pakistani Muslims etc.

Again take a look at Iranian masses, most couldnt care less about Palestine. They loathe their own mullahs much more.

Turkey's shift toward anti Israel policies has less to do with ideology and more with their desire of being a regional hegemon in which Israel is an obstacle. This trend gained traction after Turkey was snubbed by the EU.

Black Africans ,Muslim or Christian, are acutely aware and sensitive about their low status in the world. So when Israel airlifts Ethiopians to provide them with citizenship or offers assistance to South Sudan and assists other black African nation (including one that was set adrift in the Caribbean-Haiti) it registers with them and compares unfavorably to Arabs disdain for blacks and their history of slavery which was abolished only in the 1960s.

Muslim Malays (of whom quite a few are of Yemeni descent) got radicalized only around the mid 90s.To be sure they issued boilerplate concern for Palestinians before that but it didnt translate into even mild anti Semitism.

Uzbeks, Chechens,Kazakhs,Kirgiz ,other CIS Muslims dont really seem to get riled up on this matter either.

Bosnia and other ancient European Muslim communities dont really care all that much as well
