Dr. Pipes:

I agree with your pessimistic assessment of Yemen's future. What would be your advice to two of my relatives who have lived in Sanaa for years and cannot afford to leave the country legally? Do you think they should stay in Yemen or flee as refugees to neighboring Oman?
