"Die Freiheit" Faces Uphill Battle

Two factors are likely to result in the "stillbirth" of Die Freiheit Party. First, is Germany's past. Movements perceived as "right wing" will be suppressed in their efforts to attract a critical mass of credible membership. Secondly is leadership. At this moment, it is unclear that Die Freiheit will have the dynamic point-person of Holland's Geert Wilders. It will need to overcome both of these issue to survive.
