When I'm in Ny city and people ask where I'm from, I say, " Ann Arbor, west of the Hudson". You will notice that I was referring to Ann Arbor. I assume that most academic communities are similar. Taking out the orthodox voter, the vast majority of jews vote Democratic even those who identify as Jewish. As far as that profound thought, I'm not willing to give a pass for foolishness regardless of age. This, especially when Israel has an existential crisis to merely survive.
