Dr. Pipes' once again demonstrates that experience, research and intelligence combine to make a very insightful and interesting interview. Covering diverse subjects, he has shown his expertise in his chosen field and has no qualms to stand up for what he believes, i.e. that radical Islam is the problem, moderate Islam the solution, although some would argue that Islam itself is the problem. Would that there be more like Dr. Pipes, with the same approach and appreciation for facts and logic, using their knowledge and appreciation of history to form opinions.
