Reader comment on item: Palestine Betrayed

For anyone who has read both, I wonder how the second half of Karsh's work compares to Morris's 1948. Morris seems to describe many villages having been "pushed out" by the Israelis, albeit in the course of the civil war portion of the fighting, where most of those villages were themselves sniping at convoys or hosting irregulars.
