So what are the solutions for arab/muslim demographic jihad ?

With higher birth rates of Arabs/muslims in Israel, how long can israel be jewish ? What are the solutions ? Can 1-child policy be implemented like in China (exclusively for arabs ? or is it racist ?) what other solutions ?
