Publicize the concept of "Taqiyya".

Reader comment on item: Should We Believe Rashad Hussain?

Submitted by Charles Griffith (United States), Feb 17, 2010 at 17:09

No, I don't think we should trust this Rashad Hussain or any other Islamist/Muslim unless they preface their remarks (in any context at all) with a disclaimer of some sort about whether or not they observe "taqiyya"...this then will make them ....what?...apostate?...hypocritical?...or, what, exactly? I'm not informed well on the subtleties of this "taqiyya" concept, having stumbled upon it on the Internet, but don't see how a Muslim/Islamist of any stripe can be trusted if they are true believers in that strange way of dissembling....on any subject whatsoever.
This concept should have the broadest possible publicizing to us Occidentals.
