Really? so where does it say in the Qur'an a book that you cannot read in Arabic because you ain't no Arab

ina al-islam yasmah al-muslimeen li yaqtilu ghayr al-muslimeen li inahum la ya3taqiduun fi deen al-haq al-islam

So where would i find it in the Qur'an ?
