I believe this article to be true. The wild look in the eyes of Sadam lends itself to the delusional fanatacism, one associates with psychological problems. In other words, Saddam has become a crazed man. Allowing his powers to rest with Tariq Aziz, is
further proof of his instability, (read) insanity! The Papa Hemingway, of the Middle East.

However, Saddam is not the only person displaying hubris, and ignorance, in today's unsettled world. The others, shall remain nameless, although we know of them..

Thank you for this article. It sheds a tremendous light on so many things we put up with, all over the globe.
