I am out of time today, I will be back tomorrow.

I know that the reigning Caliph allowed the Jews unlimited immigration to the portion of the Ottoman Empire called Palestine in 1813.
I know that the reigning Caliph gave the Jews permission to build Tel Aviv.

The Caliph's people who would work and develop the lands in that part of his empire. He was not disappointed. The Jews dug wells, irrigated fields, built villages and roads, and much more.
