Reader comment on item: When Political Correctness Chokes Off Communications

Peace at any price is no peace at all.
In any context, why should relationships be built on a house of sand ? Islam as a Political force is contrary to all laws of free speech- they cannot integrate with the principle of free speech , especially ones which do not hail Muhammed as a prophet of God .

It is imperative that the Legal, and Political Jihad be crushed, however any religion is free to Think what it wants, believe what it wants .
History bears out injustices and wrongs perpetrated via Regimes and groups, later bearing enduring shame upon many generations.
Hence, mincing around verbal offences to placate an intolorant religion, is not viable for a free people.
When you seek common ground, where there is none,it makes for a dry hot summer.
Why can't Islamist's speak what they believe ? Why can't Leftist media speak what they believe ? Due to a sense of superiority, and a radical agenda to overthrow constitutional freedoms .
Is this what fellow Democracies, and Republics want ?
If you wish to see the end of placating an aggressor, look no further than London.
